Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your BizNet account at any time provided you give us at least 15 days advance notice, in writing, to this address:

BizNet may cancel your account at any time for violation of your account terms and conditions which include our acceptable use policy. As stated in those policies, you may also be assessed other penalties beyond cancellation of your account for violation of these policies.

BizNet also reserves the right to cancel your account without cause provided that we give 30 day written notice to your billing address. If your account is closed for other than cause, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid account fees. The pro-rated amount will be based on the fee schedule for the account term used.

For example, if you paid for six months in advance you would receive the 10% discount rate. If you then cancelled after two months you would receive a refund of the six month fee paid minus two months fee without discount because the actual term is now two months instead of six.
